A group of people who have above 28 years old said that using a consumption of a low dose, but not a higher dose, of dried rosemary powder, was associated with significantly improved memory speed.
There are many reasearch about how rosemary’s smell affect to cognition. With higher amounts of the rosemary aroma, both speed and accuracy and mood also improved.
Research that was presented at the Annual Conference of the British Psychological Society also highlighted the benefits of the aroma of rosemary. A group of 40 school-age children who were placed either in a room that contained the rosemary aroma or another room without an aroma. The result showed that those in the rosemary aroma room prove higher memory scores than those in the room without the rosemary scent.
Essential Oil of Rosemary
A research from an university have started with a group of 53 students who were between 13 and 15 years old. They sprayed the essential oil of rosemary in to room where contain 53 students. The result is their memory of images and numbers improved.
An interesting reasearch allow 80 adults drank 250 milliliters of rosemary water or mineral water. As a predict result is those who drank the rosemary water improved cognitive functioning as compared to those who drank the mineral water.
